Our Autumn events schedule
Throughout the year, the team from Mind Map Pro usually have a varied events schedule pencilled into our diaries, and this Autumn is no different.
We have a mixture of speaking, exhibiting, attending and mind mapping commitments coming up at a diverse range of events. This is where you’ll find us this quarter:
Business Showcase South West
October
Bristol, UK
On October 10, we returned to Ashton Gate for Business Showcase South West.
Earlier this year, we gave attendees at BSSW an exclusive first look at Mind Map Pro 2.0, and we returned to the show this Autumn with Mind Map Pro’s latest features ready to demo at our stand.
Bath Digital Festival
October
Bath, UK
At the end of October, we’ll be attending Bath Digital Festival for a week long celebration of digital technology.
On Tuesday 23 Oct, Rich Hill, CEO of Mind Map Pro will be giving a workshop called ‘Keeping creativity on track with agile’ and we’ll also be attending and mind mapping other sessions during the week.
When you buy a festival pass, you’ll get unlimited access to all events throughout the week, but it’s a good idea to register your attendance for your favourite talks or workshops to avoid disappointment (Rich’s workshop only has a few spaces left!).
WordCamp Manchester
October
Manchester, UK
Rich will be heading to Manchester to attend WCMCR on Saturday 27 October. The city has an active WordPress community and is also the home of WordPress co-founder, Mike Little.
It’s an event that is stacked with WordPress history, and although the event has been running since 2014, this year marks the first time that Rich will attend WordCamp Manchester.
Are you heading to #WCMCR too? Let us know.
NHS Symposium
November
London, UK
We’re delighted to be supporting NHS staff during a collaborative session at the NHS Symposium in London this November.
During a dynamic, interactive session, our team will use Mind Map Pro to collect ideas into a shareable digital resource so that key themes can distributed to NHS attendees after the event.
This is not our first event working with the NHS (find out about how we helped facilitate an ideas workshop with NHS Wales) and our team loves supporting collaborative thinking sessions to improve healthcare processes.
WordCamp US
December
Nashville, USA
Rich Hill, our CEO and Tess Coughlan-Allen, our marketing manager, are lucky enough to be heading to Nashville, Tennessee for WCUS this December, closing the year off the biggest WordPress event in the Unites States.
This will be the first time that Tess has attended WCUS (and her first visit to the States too!), whereas Rich has attended every WCUS there’s been (plus other WordCamps in Boston, Phoenix, NYC, Miami and WPCampus in Sarasota and Buffalo) and he’s already looking forward to returning to the US this December.
Will you be at #WCUS? We’d love to meet you there.
We’re still adding dates to our Autumn schedule, as well as looking ahead to other events for 2019. Are there events you’d like to see us at? Let us know and we’ll try to make it!
